I have a Sora MiVoice 918SU digital voice recorder, aka the Decktron 918SU.
Has anyone had any success in using this device in Linux? So far I
haven't.
When I plug in its USB connection, I get the following event in syslog:

Not much information here, and Driver=(none) isn't good. In particular
usb_storage doesn't work; sg_scan shows no new devices after I plug in the
recorder.
This is a Compact Flash based device, though. The Windows driver says

USB\VID_05b4&PID_6001.DeviceDesc="USB Flash Memory Controller Driver:(6001)"
In usb.ids I see
05b4 LG Semicon Co., Ltd
6001 Digisette DUO-MP3 AR-100
and Windows thinks it's a Digisette device.
None of the manufacturers' sites says anything at all about Linux:
