Hi everybody,
i'm testing an experimental device for a Mustek Wcam 300 A1 and as soon as i plug in
the cam the hotplug spawn a lot (dozens) of process couple like:
  786 ? S 0:00 /bin/sh /sbin/hotplug usb
  787 ? R 0:00 /bin/bash /etc/hotplug/usb.agent
  788 ? S 0:00 /bin/sh /sbin/hotplug usb
  790 ? R 0:00 /bin/bash /etc/hotplug/usb.agent
.............................................

the cpu goes to 100% and everything hangs or kernel Oops...

so my question is: how avoid this loop , or at least how to avoid hotplug to activate
on a specific couple VENDORID/PRODUCTID?

regards

Ruggero
