I can, it should be noted, mount my usb device (/dev/sda) and write to it. I'd like to get /proc/bus/usb working so I can see if the ehci business is working, since it is a 2.0. I can give more information, but thought I'd send this email out as a feeler first, in case it is a broader problem (and the FAQ told me too!)
