No, for obvious reasons.  Once a panic occurs and the kernel hangs, 
nothing can be written to any file at all.

Well, for one thing it might help to know which version of the kernel 
you're using.

Then maybe you should simply do that, and not worry about anything else.  
If your BIOS is buggy there may not be much that can be done about it.
