Hi John,
It is hard to be sure as you have other devices on the same
interupts as the USB host controllers (the devices themselves never appear
there). However, it does look like you are not getting interupts for them.
You should check your kernel logs for PCI error messages. If this is the
case then the problem is either in the BIOS or PCI subsystem, so if there
isn't a new BIOS you can try asking on the linux-kernel list. It would be
useful to be able to check that you really are not getting any interupts
by not loading your audio, ethernet and 1394 drivers and plugging in your
camera and seeing what the contents of this file is.
