I added an entry in usb.usermap to call a helper script to install a software daemon needed by a USB device when it's inserted into the USB chain. Is there an easy way to call another script to remove the daemon when the USB device is removed from the system?
I've read what I could find in the archives here and what I can find on the hotswap software but I just have not seen how to call a script to do something when a device is removed. IF someone can aim me on the correct direction or at something to RTFM I've be grateful.
