Hi, i thought it should be very easy to use the Ipod without booting Windows. Plugging the device should add a scsi disk which i can mount and then use the Ipod with one of the Linux replacements for Itunes. Unfortunately when plugging the Ipod to the USB ports of my KT400 based mainboard, i got the following:
