The device may just be slow. If you aregetting more than 9Mbps then it isn't USB1 speeds.
Oh... It would kind of make sense for a USB key with only 128 MB, but I'm a bit disappointed (by the device). I will probably buy a larger one a bit later, one with 512 MB or 1 GB, I hope the transfer speed will be better.
