The messages mean that the card is reporting a change in the over-current 
status.  This isn't an error, it's just an informational message.

More to the point, it may indicate that the card isn't working properly.  
But not necessarily, because other people see the same messages with USB 
controllers that do work.

What do you mean, you're not able to use any USB devices with the card?  
What happens when you plug in a device?
