This is what their tech support just replied with.


    Unfortunately we were unable to replicate the
problem you are having, in 10 tests with 3 different
MP3 players we have here, writing files from computer
to MP3 playerand vice versa, our times were anywhere
from :46 seconds to 1 minute :08 seconds, depending on
how minay programs we had running, system memory
usage, etc. At this point i do not understand how
youare getting the speeds you are claiming to get.
Where would you like  to go from here?
