I don't know when they will appear.  That haven't been accepted yet even 
into the -mm kernels, and from there to Linus's tree usually takes a 
while.  Right now those patches are in the lap of Matt Dharm, the 
maintainer for usb-storage, awaiting his approval (hint, hint).
