Hi, I looked in the archives and I didn't find any solutions to my problem.
I have a macally PHC-500BC USB/Firewire Enclosure. I'm working on
getting the USB working.
I put a Hard disk in there and it worked great with USB but Then I put
2 different DVD drives (one was a burner, one was a DVDROM) and I get
the errors:
usb 2-2: new low speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 9
usb 2-2: device not accepting address 9, error -71

actually, I just updated my kernel to 2.6.13 (from 2.6.12) to see if
that would help, but it didn't, and now it seems to think that the
device is lowspeed (before it gave the same error code but it said it
was highspeed)

any ideas?

Thanks,
-Alex
