Hi,

We're in an upgrading process of our old HP scsi DAT tape to a newer one.
Seems the DAT72E/DAT72I are good candidatesm, but I have no experiance with
this.
I have a self created backup script that creates two partitions on tape and
dd prior created afio archives to tape. Is this possible with current linux
and what tools do I need.
(system is debian/testing and for the above I had to install the mt-st
package because the installed mt wasn't capable for partitions creation)
