Well, that's more than you got before.  :-)  But it sure doesn't look 
right.

These errors shouldn't occur unless something else is wrong.  Please turn 
on USB Mass Storage verbose debugging in the kernel configuration 
(CONFIG_USB_STORAGE_DEBUG), and then post the dmesg log showing what 
happens when you plug in the device.  If the log shows nothing better than 
what we see here, then you'll have to give up on this device.
