UPDATE:
After Googling and looking at many entries, I enabled ACPI in the
Kernel. Appears to have all functions on the ATI IXP SB400 working.
However the Realtek 8139 ethernet 0 port no longer works. To me it looks
like an IRQ conflict. See the output below from /proc/interrupts &irq.
