That's because you don't know how Linux's USB stack works. At the time of the stack trace, the khubd process had called usb_control_msg and was waiting for the URB to finish. There was a 5-second timeout which must have expired, causing the URB to be unlinked. If the host controller driver were working correctly, it would have finished unlinking the URB and khubd would have continued. There's more information available in the debugging files for ohci-hcd in the controller's sysfs directory. However I don't understand that information so I can't help you figure out what's going wrong.
