Hallo, I am trying to connect a a Linux system (Kernel 2.4.25) to a Windows XP Computer. Therefore I tested two different cables one is LINDY 42953 the other one is a noname with a PL-2301 chip inside. On Windows siede both provide a driver which allows a kind of filesharing. On Linux side both can be configured with usbnet.
I don't know how to get both together? Has anyone experience which (kind of) cable can be used to connect a Linux system via USB to a Windows System?
