Long time ago I initiated a thread regarding this usb-cd-burner, because its driver was removed from 2.6 kernel series. It was replied to me that on 2.6 kernels usbat driver was to be used.
Then there were several recompilations until 2.6.13 kernel with some patches the burner could work. But then after some new kernel releases with those patches in, things don't work. Last kernel tried out was 2.6.15, and the burner is not recgnized with it. So, is it that this cd-burner really got obsoleted? I sent a few e-mails on the old thread, but got no answer back, so I decided to ask, if it's not worth trying the cd-burner any more (that's sad since the burner although slow and old works pretty well). -- Javier -- ------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
