Evidently there's something wrong with the UHCI controllers on that PCI 
device.  I don't know enough about it to diagnose the problem; you should 
try posting these messages on a PCI mailing list or perhaps on LKML.

That device (00:03.0) is OHCI.  It must be on the motherboard; perhaps 
it's an internal-only USB controller or perhaps it isn't wired up to 
anything at all.

You should try to see if that OHCI controller has any accessible ports.  
If it does, you ought to be able to get your other USB devices to work 
with it.
