Hallo!

I have a usb problem with my USB-WinTV Tuner. I get an Error value that isn't
ment to be thrown. As far as the docu says. Its the line:

usbvision.c: usbvision_init_isoc: usb_submit_urb(0) failed: error -38
usbvision.c: usbvision_init_isoc: usb_submit_urb(1) failed: error -38

In /usr/include/linux/errno.h I found:

#define ENOSYS          38      /* Function not implemented */

Which is not mentioned in Documentation/usb/error-codes.txt nor did I find it
being thrown in the relevant sources.

The error occures when I plug my WinTV in a hub of my external hard drive. It
does not occure when it is plugged directly in a hub of my laptop.
But I can definetly say the hardware can do it, because under M$ Windows it
works from any hub anywhere.
The reason I need WinTV to be plugged into the hard drive hub is that it
stablizes the TV-picture. The hubs of my laptop are disturbed by the fan since
it was replaced and yield running waves over the TV-picture. The only work
around I found so far is to write to the laptop hard drive which miraculary
smoothes the waves.

Any help or hints are very apreciated.
