HI here is my USB 2.0 PCI card 00:0d.2 USB Controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. USB 2.0 (rev 63)
got lots of these errors while copying files to and from samsung mp3 player using USB 2.0. removing ehci_hcd module solves this problem. also using USB 1.1 is also fine.
