Thanks, I would really rather be running a newer kernel, and this was 
keeping me from doing so.

I know this KVM may be a bit braindead, I've read at least one other 
post for a KVM that acted the same, though.  It works fine in Mac OS X 
and Windows XP.  The problem is it isn't time to time, this happens 
repeatedly every 5 seconds.  It'd be nice if there was a better 
workaround than just ignoring the errors and not resetting.  If other 
devices do indeed need this, then something seems to be up if those 
devices work in Windows when this KVM also works in windows.

I guess I'm just saying is that it feels like there should be a better 
way, but I wouldn't know where to begin on that.
