Okay, I have tried before here, but have been unsuccessful in making this device work.
I have a Sandisk Sansa e250, I'd like to see it work like my other USB
storage devices. When I plug it in, pmount and udevd and hal all do the
right thing and it just works. Except my E250 just fails to work.
Also, I have a media reader, a 2GB Nano, a 20GB iPOD and three different
brand cameras that work just fine with this setup.
Here is the info for the various things. As you can see the e250 claims
Bulk storage. I just would like to know why no drive gets allocated for
it and have it show up on my desktop.
FWIW, I an running Debian Sid (unstable), with experimental sprinkled
in. It seems the machine sees it, but something is missing.
