Hi all,

I have a USB 2.0 compliant external harddisk (from entermultimedia.com).
i am on a custom SMP kernel 2.6.18.3 (RHEL4).
have compiled hotplug support statically and usb controller drivers dynamically.
in kernel.
I am unable to hotplug the ub device. dmesg doesnt show any change in output
when i plug in the usbstorage device. how do i mount the external hardisk ? how
do i invoke the hotplug system ?
