I can think of only one possibility, which is to prevent _all_ warning messages from showing up on the console. You can do that as follows: echo 4 >/proc/sys/kernel/printk or even simply holding down the Alt and SysRq keys while pressing 4. This won't prevent the warning messages from going into the system log, though. Of course, you could always get a different brand KVM switch. That would stop the errors.
