Thank you for the config file. I tried to build a new kernel using your settings but pxa255 is still undetected either using winXP or Linux host. One difference which could be relevant is the fact I am using a gcc 4.1.2 with eabi support to build the kernel. However I am starting to suspect it could come from an hardware incompatibility in silicon versions as I am using a chip coming from a rather old batch (2 years old or so).
