Hi In the past 4 years, I've had problems with at least 3 different USB flash disks, across kernels as far back as the early 2.4 series and still occuring on 2.6.20-15 (Ubuntu 7.04). During heavy usage, the flash disks hang with the following errors and need to be unplugged and plugged back to be used again.
