Probably Linux compatibility with the motherboard/BIOS/USB controller. Happens on some computers, not on others. All versions of Windows from 98 don't have this problem on any hardware. > Is a workaround known? You're not going to like it... use Windows and run Linux through VMware. > What can I do?
