Is sda the device in question?  sfdisk -l /dev/sda

It looks like the usb parts are there.  If no usb devices work, you might try 
using uhci instead of ohci.  But it should be pretty obvious in lspci -v which 
one you should use.  

Beyond that all I can suggest is to make your scsi modules modules, instead of 
inside the kernel.  As far as I can tell you have all that you need to have to 
have it work as a usb-storage device.
