Curiously, realism and pragmatism are at the core of my
arguments too. Userspace solutions aren't here today;
we don't have good options otherwise.
Flamage could have been avoided had I ever heard Johannes
agree to that point before!
Randy raised a bunch of good points, to which I'll reply
