Should all drivers use the CONFIG_USB_DEBUG option as their DEBUG
selection? And then have a EVEN_MORE_DEBUG option for those specific
drivers that want it (like usb-storage and usb-serial)?
I'd be willing to attack the rest of the driver tree with this change if
the different maintainers don't mind. I don't want to step on anyone
else's toes here.
