I just browsed the pre4-1 patch to see how many of the
USB patches are in it. Here's what I found (below).
Tomorrow morning I'll go over my submittals looking
for the missing one(s). If you know of patches
that were submitted but are not included here (like
Vojtech's input major-13 patch), please help out and
let me know about it (or them).
