Here is a patch for usb-storage that is against 2.3.99-pre4-1, but it
should apply cleanly to and pre4-N kernel.

This patch includes the following:
(o) locking around access to pusb_dev (Pavel, do your best to break this!)
(o) Cleanup to messages printed when modprobing and in /proc/scsi/
(o) Changed name used for control thread to be a bit more clear
(o) Fixes for non-UFI devices that use the CBI transport
(o) Implemented us_abort()
(o) Kill the control thread when rmmod'ing the driver
(o) Reduced memory leak from insmod/rmmod

Also, if someone could check to see if the insmod/rmmod/insmod with a CBI
device attached when using uhci.o still causes an OOPS (sorry, I'm not
near the UHCI machine for a while), I'd really appreciate it. This is a
bug that needs to be tracked down and fixed. I believe that this is an
HCD bug, since using usb-uhci or usb-ohci seems to work fine.

Unfortunately, I still seem to be leaking 4 bytes when I do an
insmod/rmmod cycle. If anyone can figure out where I'm leaking those
bytes, it would be a big help to me.
