So you don't need the ServerLayout option at the end of the XConfig file
(as shown in
http://linuxusbguide.sourceforge.net/USB-guide-1.0.6/x202.html )?
What sort of mouse is this? Two buttons only? Why do you need the
Emulate3Buttons entry?
