[linux-usb] logitech mouse in pre4

I recently joined the list so I may have missed the answer to this but
my logitech usb mouse which worked fine in 99-pre3 no longer
works in 99-pre4 (2,3,4,5) Did I miss some config change between
pre3 and the current kernel?
