These patches have been sent to Linus against
2.3.99-pre5 (or -pre6-1).
1. (rdunlap) remove #defines of USB_<xfer_types> in usb.h;
we use the #defines of PIPE_<xfer_types> only.
2. (Vojtech) correct use of CONFIG_INPUT_MOUSEDEV_{X|Y}
3. (B.Warner) usb-serial cleanup, oops fix
4. (rdunlap) small clean up of Configure.help, usb.h (doc.
only), and acm.c (doesn't need prototypes for
tty_[un]register_devfs() since they are now in tty.h)
5. (rdunlap) remove linux/scripts/usb/*
