Here's the updated patch for USB Scanner 0.4.3 per our conversations.
Changes from previous version submitted recently:
- Reverted to 'scanner' name as opposed to 'usb-scanner'.
- Reverted to module parameters 'vendor' and 'product'.
- Reverted documentation to reflect above and added a couple more
instructions...sigh, there just can't be enough RTFM.
- Changed 'rd_expire' to 'int'.
