Thanks for answer.
It toured out that the problem which I described appears much earlier.
I get ETIMEOUT error after revoking usb_set_procedure(), so I think that the
EINPROGRESS error during usb_submit_urb() is caused by error mentioned above.
I ask for advice, what can I do with such problem.
ETIMEOUT means that usb device returns NAK.
