hello, > Penguin! (Let`s have a penguin contest, and use the survey > mechanism to take votes. :-) Start with the Ewing penguin; > and it doesn`t need to be as big as on the tum.de page. I vote for the shiny penguin! (attached) I can't really remember where I got it from though... I left the filename intact so it can be found... > I`ve just done this using Frames. I`m not generally a fan of frames but > they seem to do what we want here. I`ve not updated the main page > (www.linux-usb.org) yet and will wait for feedback. seem like the right solution to me I have a few remark though... I'd drop the "Welcome to the home of..." frame... it doesn't scale nicely. (and those scrollbars really nuke the appearance...) Or reduce it to "Welcome to the Linux USB Project" and drop everything else . It'll scale just as badly, but only when using really small windowsizes... If you do could also put the sourceforge icon in the left bottom corner... the left frame is soooo empty...(tables'll do the trick) You can also add a few extra icons down there...(like a linux link (just the penguin?), some link to www.usb.org (maybe reduce the logo in the top left of www.urb.org to width="88" height="31")) And... why not a linux-usb logo ? maybe the penguin with a usb-logo on it's belly ? anyone got any art skills ?
