As for the windows side, yes it is possible to simply delete the pics from the
machine. i was looking at the device printout for my camera and noticed that as
well as having 2 bulk endpoints, it has an int endpoint, making me think that
perhaps the interface for operating the camera remotely (and deleting the pics)
is done over the int endpoint. i'll have to try a little experimentation, and
any word from ppl on where or not that may work is appriciated.
