So this says you have configured it. I think the module name is usb-serial
though, I shouldn't have said visor. Sorry. Can you try modprobe
usb-serial?

This doesn't look like you've got it plugged in.

and the driver isn't loaded.  Let me know about the modprobe usb-serial.
