Feeling real bad now for not following through on my bug reports on

Sven, I have this board too and have had the same problems. Out of
curiosity, what date does the computer say your BIOS is during boot?
I worked around this problem myself by swapping in an identical
board with an older BIOS version which assigned an IRQ to the USB HC at
boottime. Just after this I got some response on the problem, and have
not yet bothered to swap the boards back. I can do this now, if anyone
thinks it could be helpful.
