Attached is a patch to the usb-storage driver. It includes several updates
that I've been working on for a while. Yes, I know large patches are not
appreciated -- I'll try to keep it down in the future.

Randy -- please send this to Linus.

This patch does the following:

(o) Adds a GPL to the main file. This is necessary for inclusion with the
kernel, and will be added to all other files over time.
(o) Implements proper maximum lun handling for bulk-only devices
(o) Fixed a bug in auto-SENSE where the sense could be sent to the wrong LUN
(o) Tightened up a few return code checks
(o) Implemented mode translation for MODE_SENSE/SELECT data
(o) Adds to and cleans up the unusual_dev_list
(o) Implements version ranges for the unusual_dev_list
(o) Fixes a very nasty bug which was uncovered by slab poisioning --
interestingly enough, nobody caught it earlier

So that's it for this one. This _should_ improve the situation with CD
burners and ripping, but there are no guarantees (as the only USB CD ROM I
have doesn't do CDDA, and my ZipCD is on loan for a few days). I'd really
appreciate it if someone with a CD burner would give this a try.

It was a new hope.
