What kernel version is this?

usb-uhci.c version v1.184 is fairly old (before 2.3.99-pre9),
although the problem is in PCI IRQ assignment/allocation/routing.
There has been a lot of progress in PCI IRQ assignment etc.
since in the last few weeks, so I'd suggest that you use a
newer kernel (like 2.4.0-test2).
