[linux-usb] Help for a backport

Ciao,
I would like to add the latest backport 
"usb-2.4.0-test2-pre2-for-2.2.16-v3.diff.gz"
to my 2.2.15 mandrake linux.
Should I change the backport title to my linux 2.2.15 or what else?
