All fine from my point of view, but they need reviewing by USB people. Annoyingly, patches 1, 2 and 4 need to be kept together so we don't break anything, otherwise I'd have said the USB patches should go via the USB folk. Given that dependence, and the likely dependence on other stuff waiting to be merged (MMC), it's going to make much better sense for it to all merge via my tree.
