Hi, Greg: I think the berry_charge is your baby. Please direct me to the right person if it's not so.
I have a bug in Fedora: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=379341 It's pretty long, but the summary is this. When Blackberry is hooked to a hub, it seems to try to re-initialize again and then something (khubd ?) spams udevd with add/remove events without actually disconnecting. The box melts down as a result. My question is, do you have one of those things? Would you hook it to a hub, check what happens then? I suspect the Berry manages to detect that it's on a hub (how?!) and supplies wrong descriptors. Then, berry_charge fails this: if ((udev->actconfig->desc.bMaxPower * 2) == 500) Cheers, -- Pete - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-usb" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html
