Hi John, I think I have a work around for you, but it involves several patches. Can you pull from this branch:
git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/sarah/xhci.git -b warm-reset-stable Send me the dmesg with the patches applied, whether it helps or not when you boot with the device connected to your system.
