ASUS UX305UA user. USB ports function normally after system boot. After the first and any subsequent suspend/resume, the USB ports remain suspended. In order for a newly plugged in USB device to be recognized, any autosuspended USB device has to be toggled (autosuspend on and off).
This problem first manifested itself in kernel version 4.16. It is not present in any kernel version before 4.16.
