those are quite unnecessary, the only thing
we need to be careful about is USB_OTG_UTILS
which get properly selected by PHY drivers.

For now, MUSB will select only USB_OTG_UTILS
until we add stubs for the cases when PHY
layer isn't enabled.

Hi folks,

I plan to send this for v3.9-rc3 so we stop with all
the bogus select and depends usage on MUSB.

For v3.10 (or maybe v3.11 if I don't have time) I plan
to add stubs for the PHY layer so that we can remove
'select USB_OTG_UTILS' from all drivers.

cheers
